My motivation
I didn't set out to teach leadership…
I set out to understand people.
Throughout my career, I watched incredibly capable leaders struggle, not because they lacked technical expertise, but because no one had ever taught them how to truly lead people.
They were promoted because they were great at their jobs. Then they were expected to inspire, coach, navigate conflict, build trust, and create healthy teams...often without any roadmap.
I saw the stress, frustration, burnout and missed potential… and I knew there had to be a better way.
I didn’t wan to create another management system or another personality test. I wanted to create transformation.
